 | Wellness Clinic - Valentine's Day, 2009Saturday, February 14th
The 2nd Annual FREE Wellness Clinic at Town Hall was hugely successful. Scores of people came to have their blood cholesterol and other lipids tested, have an electrocardiogram (EKG), have blood pressure checked, have BMI’s calculated and complete a cardiac risk assessment tool. Many enjoyed a free seated chair massage, learned about diet and got a jump start on cardiac fitness by taking part in exercise classes.
