Forms & Permits
Before you begin a home construction project and before you decide on erecting a sign for your business, call Town Hall to get the most correct and up-to-date information. Required forms are included here for your convenience and may be downloaded, but the forms must be filled out and delivered to Town Hall at 3710 Mitchell Street or faxed to: 301-949-4925.
Fees for Building Permits:
- $2.00 per $1,000 of estimated completed work with a $30.00 minimum.
- Variance Fee $200.00 plus a variance sign fee of $100 which includes a refundable $50 deposit.
- Driveway Aprons $250.00 commercial and $100.00 residential.
